It was a nice and good stay.
The food is good, and most of the staff are nice and kind.
The hostess at the buffet close to the beach, she was the rudest in all the hotel.

Come to relax and play
We love the location and the staff here at the Krystal. They have made some very nice updates and seem to be constantly trying to improve. The hotel is kept clean. Cconsidering it's a beach resort that is no small task! I also felt comfortable and safe! It's our 4th time to Ixtapa and our 3rd at the Krystal. We'll be back!
